Shane was professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with and he worked quickly lining up the crews to do our repairs even though it was just 4 weeks before Christmas.

I had a flooding issue in a commercial building that occurred over a weekend. I called 24/7 Restoration on Monday morning and they had a crew onsite within the hour. They sent detailed updates of the services required, worked cooperatively with the other on site contractors, and sent a final update when the water issue had been solved. For the recent work done in the complex, a rebuild of 3 units that were damaged by a water leak, the owners of the units were very pleased with the final outcome.
