He provided recommendations on next steps, and took the time to answer some additional questions I had about risk of mold exposure. Had water damage in our ceiling. Called Craig and we was willing to come right away (great service!) but it was just cosmetic so we scheduled for a few days later.

Craig came by, tested the area and found no damage other than a stain. Told me how to paint it (stain blocker + paint).

And all of this testing, advice and peace of mind cost me $0.

Shane of 24/7 Restoration arranged our repairs after a leak from an upstairs bathroom caused damage to the floor and the ceiling below. Shane was professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with and he worked quickly lining up the crews to do our repairs even though it was just 4 weeks before Christmas.

His crews arrived on time and did excellent work. When we ran into a problem he took care of it.

We had a flood on our 2nd floor that destroyed the entire front half of our house. 24/7 showed up promptly and started working right away. Our main point of contact was Shane and he made the entire process as painless as he could. We were kept informed about progress and estimated timelines the entire time. Everyone brought in by Shane was professional and the work was completed to an exceptional standard that was much faster than we could have hoped for. A disaster for us was made so much easier to deal with because of their hard work.

24/7 Restoration were in charge of the decontamination and restoration process of our condo unit after the kitchen stack pipe within our wall developed a significant leak, ruining our floors/carpet/drywall in the main area, kitchen and bedroom. They arrived the same day the water damage was discovered and set up fans and dehumidifiers, wasting no time in the process. It took a few months for the condo board to give permission for the restoration phase but once again, 24/7 wasted no time in coming in and completely returning our condo to how it was previously within one week! Shane oversaw the project and he was excellent to deal with. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always happy to answer our questions/concerns with what was a very stressful situation. All the contractors showed up when scheduled and I am very happy with their work.

Shawn and Cam have demonstrated their commitment to repair the flooring, drywalls and balcony in my apartment in a timely manner with their expertise. We had a good experience with 24/7, as good as a restoration experience can be. I gave four stars as there were a few things that were not up to par at first but when I brought the issues to their attention they were quickly remedied and made beautiful.

Tim Martin, the project manager, was fabulous to work with. I'd give him 5 stars plus. He was professional and personable. He made sure that our concerns were addressed immediately. He even answered my texts at one in the morning when I was frustrated about something. He was easy to get a hold of and always answered our calls or texts.

The staff that attended our residence were all professional, friendly, polite and showed respect for our home and us. I would highly recommend Dave, who came in and re-did the drywall and finishing work on our kitchen island and a number of other things.

For the recent work done in the complex, a rebuild of 3 units that were damaged by a water leak, the owners of the units were very pleased with the final outcome. I was happy with how the PM organized access and necessary consultations directly with the owners and didn't involve my time to do that. More stars deserved... Waking up to my daughter in the middle of the night saying water is coming from the ceiling all over the basement is a scary feeling. I called 24/7 and they immediately showed up as promised, very professional even though I’m having a meltdown at my home flooding. Removed ceiling and found fridge line exploded in the rafters. The water was flooding my basement for a while before my daughter woke up and I was able to turn off the main line. Ryan and Bobby had a team fix the line, remove drywall and brought in these big dryers. Saved my basement with minimal fixing and minor damages. The work was done fast! If you want your investment, your home taken care of like it’s there own, this is your team and company to call.
