Our basement bathroom began to show signs of moisture/leaking behind our shower and drywall. I called 24/7 on a Saturday morning to book an assessment. They were able to come out within 48h, and even accommodated a specific time of day that worked for my schedule.
Alex was able to provide an efficient and thorough explanation of the damage. He provided recommendations on next steps, and took the time to answer some additional questions I had about risk of mold exposure. The clarity he was able to provide gave us an anchor to begin our restoration process. We look forward to booking with them when we are ready to start the project.

I wasn’t expecting that level of care, and I truly appreciate the concern and attention I received while speaking with him. Despite what happened, I never doubted the quality of their workmanship.

Had water damage in our ceiling. Called Craig and we was willing to come right away (great service!) but it was just cosmetic so we scheduled for a few days later.

Craig came by, tested the area and found no damage other than a stain. Told me how to paint it (stain blocker + paint).

And all of this testing, advice and peace of mind cost me $0.

Shane of 24/7 Restoration arranged our repairs after a leak from an upstairs bathroom caused damage to the floor and the ceiling below. Shane was professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with and he worked quickly lining up the crews to do our repairs even though it was just 4 weeks before Christmas.

His crews arrived on time and did excellent work. When we ran into a problem he took care of it.

We had a flood on our 2nd floor that destroyed the entire front half of our house. 24/7 showed up promptly and started working right away. Our main point of contact was Shane and he made the entire process as painless as he could. We were kept informed about progress and estimated timelines the entire time. Everyone brought in by Shane was professional and the work was completed to an exceptional standard that was much faster than we could have hoped for. A disaster for us was made so much easier to deal with because of their hard work.

24/7 Restoration were in charge of the decontamination and restoration process of our condo unit after the kitchen stack pipe within our wall developed a significant leak, ruining our floors/carpet/drywall in the main area, kitchen and bedroom. They arrived the same day the water damage was discovered and set up fans and dehumidifiers, wasting no time in the process. It took a few months for the condo board to give permission for the restoration phase but once again, 24/7 wasted no time in coming in and completely returning our condo to how it was previously within one week! Shane oversaw the project and he was excellent to deal with. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always happy to answer our questions/concerns with what was a very stressful situation. All the contractors showed up when scheduled and I am very happy with their work.

Shawn and Cam have demonstrated their commitment to repair the flooring, drywalls and balcony in my apartment in a timely manner with their expertise. In addition, they went beyond to show their empathy in my case to restore my apartment to make it livable again. Specially Tim, he makes sure you get the most updated information asap and a property manager these updates are really important in dealing with owners that are experiencing leaks/emergencies. I was thrilled at the work that 24/7 Restoration did to repair my water-damaged ceiling last Thursday! Project manager Alex provided a very thorough and comprehensive quote at a very reasonable price. The technician (apologies, I forgot his name!) draped the entire working area, explained the step by step process and was determined to do the best job possible, to remove the nasty water stains. He succeeded! I'd recommend 24/7 for any restoration needs.

Recently had my basement flooded. 24/7 was the first to respond. I have nothing but good things to say about their team. From Bobby, Teresa, Todd, Dave, Scott and others I'm sure I missed -- all of whom did excellent work, especially through a difficult time. Bobby was constantly working very hard to navigate & coordinate all the work in a timely manner, which I very much appreciated. They did their best to coordinate with insurance (even though they were not the recommended company).

As a property manager, I've used a wide range of restoration companies for the portfolio I oversee. Tim from 24/7 is amazing to work with; no job is too big or too small. He was able to not only beat other competitors pricing, but he came by my home to install equipment on a last minute notice. The job was done perfectly and Alex made sure everything was good. We had a good experience with 24/7, as good as a restoration experience can be. I gave four stars as there were a few things that were not up to par at first but when I brought the issues to their attention they were quickly remedied and made beautiful.

Tim Martin, the project manager, was fabulous to work with. I'd give him 5 stars plus. He was professional and personable. He made sure that our concerns were addressed immediately. He even answered my texts at one in the morning when I was frustrated about something. He was easy to get a hold of and always answered our calls or texts.

The staff that attended our residence were all professional, friendly, polite and showed respect for our home and us. I would highly recommend Dave, who came in and re-did the drywall and finishing work on our kitchen island and a number of other things.

We had 24/7 out for ceiling leak that was coming from the condo unit above us. After speaking with one of their project managers on the afterhours line - they instantly put my mind at ease on the steps I should be taking and who else I should be calling to notify. Tim arrived promptly with a crew, and a plumber was onsite immediately to address the leak. They are now working on the water damage repairs in our unit, but I could not be happier with the emergency services that they provided. I highly recommend & THANK YOU very much!!

For the recent work done in the complex, a rebuild of 3 units that were damaged by a water leak, the owners of the units were very pleased with the final outcome. I was happy with how the PM organized access and necessary consultations directly with the owners and didn't involve my time to do that. And most of the work was done with little need for our staff to provide clean up. Thank you!

I have worked with 24/7 for a couple years now, through our Property Management Company, and I believe they have the best bang for you buck for Restoration Companies. Their attention to detail and the report given are always great. We get many complements from the home owners on how professional they are.

More stars deserved... Waking up to my daughter in the middle of the night saying water is coming from the ceiling all over the basement is a scary feeling. I called 24/7 and they immediately showed up as promised, very professional even though I’m having a meltdown at my home flooding. Removed ceiling and found fridge line exploded in the rafters. The water was flooding my basement for a while before my daughter woke up and I was able to turn off the main line. Ryan and Bobby had a team fix the line, remove drywall and brought in these big dryers. Saved my basement with minimal fixing and minor damages. The work was done fast! If you want your investment, your home taken care of like it’s there own, this is your team and company to call.

Working with 24/7 on a water damage condo repair has been a real pleasure. On time (which is so important) and great work. Erich was a pleasure to deal with and was very friendly and did solid work. He was very easy to communicate with between job days to set up additional times to come and finish the job. My Project manager Aaryn kirk was amazing. He was professional and courteous and treated me and my home with the level of respect I feel I deserve. Although the insurance process seemed to drag on 24/7 had a great turnaround and retuned my property to me in pristine condition. Amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone.
